Women4Cyber Ukraine is a non-profit organization that aims to promote, encourage and support Ukrainian women in cybersecurity.

The mission of our organization is to create and strengthen the community of women in cybersecurity by providing them with visibility, support, and opportunities for development.

1. To form a single community of women in cyber security, promoting their professional growth and participation in international and national networks.

2. Raise awareness of the importance of gender balance through visible role models and active participation in media and conferences.

3. Develop education and training programs that allow women to start cyber security careers and regularly upgrade their skills.

4. Increase the presence of women in the labor market in the field of cyber security, as well as in science, research, and innovation.

5. Create conditions for the involvement of women in cyber competitions, start-ups, and other professional training programs.

6. Influence the formation of local, national, and European policies that promote women's participation in cyber security.

7. Promote women's entrepreneurship in the field of cyber security: involve women in international acceleration programs, help attract investments and grants for business development in the field of cyber security

8. To build a dynamic and sustainable structure for Women4Cyber, which will ensure the continuous development and support of women in cybersecurity.
